DR!FTCLUB can be used to organize DR!FT events of all kinds. From a spontaneous meeting between friends, to large community meetings, to official competitions that run over several months. DR!FTCLUB supports organizers with registration, session organization, automatic scoring and much more.
Everything starts with an event
With DR!FTCLUB, creating a new event is child's play. All you need is a name and you decide later how complex the event should be.
Set a date or a period, write a detailed article about the introduction and later a review. Determine the venue and, as soon as all the information is available, your event will automatically be published in the Event Finder. This makes it easy for DR!FTCLUB visitors to find your event.
Registration, entry fee and registration of drivers and teams
With DR!FTCLUB, you decide who can take part in your event. Whether all DR!FTCLUB members, only members of your group or only riders who have registered and optionally paid an entry fee - you have full control.
Participants automatically receive emails as soon as their participant status has changed. And as the organizer, you have the option of defining these emails yourself in order to inform the participants.

Planned event?
With DR!FTCLUB you can add as many sessions as you like to your event. Whether one or more training sessions, qualifications or races on one or more tracks.
Each session can be customized, including fixed start times or time slots. Plan and create complex events with precise schedules in advance. The best thing about it: thanks to this detailed planning, you can run your event stress-free and even take part in the race as an organizer yourself!
Spontaneous event?
Would you prefer to race spontaneously? With the "Session templates" you can save any session setting and apply it to new sessions later. Or simply create a so-called "follow-up session" from an existing session. All settings of the original session are automatically adopted, start times are adjusted and, if necessary, starting line-ups and rankings are transferred accordingly.
Automatic scoring
In DR!FTCLUB you can award points for the placings of each session, regardless of whether it is a race, gymkhana or time trial. These points can be automatically combined into any ranking.
You can create multiple rankings for an event and include different sessions. The scores are calculated automatically, including the points for the fastest race lap. Drivers with the fastest lap are marked in the ranking so that you can immediately see who drove the fastest laps.

Race management
Unsportsmanlike conduct, reading errors, time advantage for beginners or breaches of the regulations? With the race director function, you have full control to award penalties and credits for every stint driven by a driver.
You decide whether times or laps are deducted or added. And so that everyone can understand why a penalty or credit was given, add a reason.
Even more organization
Does your event have lots of sessions and is it getting confusing? Create folders and organize your sessions more efficiently. This allows you to present even large events with over 100+ sessions in a clear and structured way.
